The Spa Start Up Process

You may choose to bring us in during the preliminary stages of your spa project's development, or alternatively, once you have defined your business strategies and are ready to put those ideas into motion.

If you require assistance from the ground floor up, you may opt to start with our 3-step Spa Consulting Project Development Program:

    1. Spa Business Discussion. Our first step is to uncover your ideas, the facility concept, your preferences, desired outcomes and timelines. If required, we will visit the proposed site to gauge your project's viability as it relates to floor space and layout options; your available labour pool and subsequent fit into the surrounding community. At this time we will define what the proposed work assignment will look like.

    2. Spa Business Plan. Once you are ready to move forward, we will begin constructing your business plan. This is where each and every component of your business is defined. It may include floor plan draft; facility purchasing plan; financial plan; marketing position and strategies; staffing up plan; staff program development; guest service standards of practice; and whole business operational strategies.

    3. Spa Business Development. According to the original business agreement, this is where your Spa Business plans come to fruition. This portion of the assignment may engage many, and will demand a great deal of time, effort, commitment and co-operation from each participant, all of which can be orchestrated by our services.
