Holiday Inn Hotel Information

All courses are held at the Holiday Inn, 30 Fairway Road S, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Click here for maps and directions.

Reservations should be made more than 7 days prior to course commencement to guarantee availability. Contact Carrie Labine (clabine@fortisproperties.com) at the Holiday Inn. She will take care of your hotel reservation personally.

The Holiday Inn offers wireless high speed throughout the Hotel and there is also a Business Lounge, which offers computers, a printer and telephone.

When calling the Holiday Inn, 30 Fairview Road, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada for Hotel reservations, dial 1-866-375-8240. Ask for Reservations, request the Spas2b block of rooms, located in the tower, with a fridge. You may choose either a king bed or two doubles.

The block of rooms is effective from the Saturday prior to the course, through to the Sunday after the course. If your requirements are outside of this time block, just let them know, you will still receive the special rate. Room blocks are only available up to 7 days prior to course commencement.

Ground Transportation

When your flight arrives at the Toronto Pearson Airport, you will pick up your bags and go directly to Ground Transportation on the lower level of the Airport, to board your bus, van, taxi, or to rent your car. No matter where you are flying in from, these forms of Ground Transportation are available in all three terminals. Each method of transportation takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to reach the Holiday Inn in Kitchener.

Airways Transit offers two types of service:

1. The Airporter Service Bus - No reservation is necessary. It leaves the Toronto Airport at 8:15am, 1:30pm, 3:15pm or 6:15pm Monday to Friday. There is no Saturday service, and on Sundays it leaves at 3:15pm and 6:15 pm only. You may have 1 or 2 stops along the way. FYI - Payment is due upon boarding the bus, in the form of cash or credit card.

   To get back to the Toronto Airport, a bus leaves the Holiday Inn Monday to Friday at 6:35am, 11:20am, 1:35pm and 4:05pm. It doesn't run on Saturdays, and on Sundays it leaves the Holiday Inn at 1:35pm and 4:05pm only. Again, payment is due upon boarding the bus, via cash or credit card. Alternatively, you may opt to reserve the door-to-door service van as detailed below.

2. The Scheduled Door-to-Door Service Van - Seats need to be reserved ahead of time both there and back (preferably 2 days in advance). You may or may not have stops along the way. A credit card number is required to hold your seat(s), with the actual payment processed the day before you travel.
