Whether you are a new start up; upgrading; re-inventing; or experiencing a crisis, ongoing telephone coaching may be the answer for you. Spas2b Telephone Coaching sessions can be set up on an hourly basis, or more economically purchased in "Building Blocks". Coaching sessions will provide you with a quick fix in times of need; or provide you with ongoing guidance, encouragement and answers to the many challenges that you as the Spa Owner face on a daily basis. Session Structure
- One hour Coaching Sessions
- 5, 10, and 20 hour Building Blocks available
Payment Terms
- Please add GST to all Sessions.
- 1-hour sessions are payable prior to commencement.
- 5, 10 and 20-hour Building Block sessions are billed at 50% prior to commencement, with the remaining 50% billed at the half way point of the session.
Guiding Rules
- Coaching is carried out via the telephone, fax and email, with the subject matter being what you require at the time.
- Telephone appointments are 60 minutes in duration, booked in advance.
- At the conclusion of each session, the next session date is determined.
- Rescheduling a session requires 24 hours notice or the session will be considered consumed.
- Missed sessions are considered consumed.
