There are two stages to the Testing and Certification process
1. Self-Monitor your progress throughout your Learning experience
To aid you in your efforts and encourage a fruitful outcome for you, we have developed a light, self-paced Self-Assssment Program in tandem with your Learning Package. Within your Learning Package you will find a Self-Assessment Questionnaire booklet which contains random questions and answers relating to the information contained in each of the individual modules. These Self-Assessments are not marked; they are simply made available for you to measure your understanding of the material that was just covered in the Manual you studied and to prepare you for your Final Online Assessment.
We have used a combination of techniques within the Assessments to allow you to score yourself, which include:
- Placing answers in order of importance;
- Multiple choice;
- True or false.
2. Write your Final Assessment online
Upon completion of the program, you will take an online Final Assessment. You will login to your account and click "Take Final Assessment". You will be provided with a login and password when you purchase your Learning package.
You may write the test as many times as required in order to achieve the mark you desire. The online test questions will change randomly each time you re-write the test. To pass, you must receive a final score of 70% or greater.

Obtaining your Spa Management Certificate of Achievement
Once you have passed your online Final Assessment, you will be awarded your Spas2b/CIBTAC Spa Management Certificate of Achievement, now recognized in over 60 countries around the world.
Tools and Technical Requirements
In order for you to enjoy your Learning Package to the fullest, you will require:
- A full understanding of the English language, both written and verbal;
- A Microsoft Windows computer with Microsoft Excel 2000 or greater and Microsoft Word 2000 or greater, OR an Apple computer with Microsoft Office 2004 or greater; Adobe Reader;
- A CD and DVD player.
